In 2012, DAWEO began its work by partnering with the country’s most progressive women’s rights organizations, which together run the 26 WPCs in Afghanistan. Therefore; based on a needs assessment, DAWEO developed a strategy to raise the knowledge and capacity of the WPC staff by conducting trainings.
