DAWEO conducted capacity building training for MoWA staff in Kabul on 23 November, 2020 for three days. Based on the demand of ministry of interior, DAWEO include staff of MoI in 2020 trainings with MoWA sessions. 19 participants attended from Kabul, Laghman, Parwan, Paktia, Herat, Samangan and Kapisa. The training covered psychosocial topics such as; sympathy, professional confidentiality, active listening to survivor, psychological first aid, stress and tension management, self-care, individuality, effective communication, clean acceptance of the survivors, mediation and legal topics such as; legal terminology, police law, law on prisons, litigation and mothed of investigation family cases.
